  We were seated at a table surrounded by 30 plus dirty tables. Hour later all tables are still full of dishes including ours. Was not terribly busy either! Will not visit this location again

  We waited to be seated for 10 min. There was only 1 other table sitting down already and 4 waitresses. Didn't have coffee or tea...
  I get the same thing at every ihop I go to and here they wanted to charge me extra for the substitutes. Waitress left the table next to us dirty for the 45 minutes we were there and when the manager asked about it she said she didn't know it was dirty.

  Very rude! Man who took my takeout order rolled his eyes when I asked for extra butter for my husband's pancakes....also rude to other guests as they walked in to be seated.
